Method

  1. 1 Slice the fish fillets into long strips, then marinate with salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Mix the flour with lager beer and a pinch of salt to form a thin batter, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped chili peppers to make a white sauce.
  4. 4 Heat the oil, dip the fish in the flour, and fry until golden brown for 4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. 5 Shred the cabbage very thinly, then gently mix it with salt and lemon juice.
  6. 6 Heat the tortilla, arrange the fried fish and cabbage on top, then drizzle with white sauce and squeeze in some lemon juice.

With an appliance

    Replace step 4: thoroughly spray the beer-coated fish with oil, fry at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping at the 5th minute; arrange the fish in the tortilla in step 6 immediately after frying.
