  • Photograph of Panko breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs 12.7 oz
  • Photograph of Chicken eggs Chicken eggs 8
  • Photograph of Flour Flour 5.6 oz

  • Photograph of Black pepper Black pepper 0.4 oz
  • Photograph of Mayonnaise Mayonnaise 5.6 oz

Method

  1. 1 Slice the tuna fillet into thin slices 5 mm thick, then gently flatten each slice to make them wider.
  2. 2 Rub salt, pepper, and chopped dill onto the fish fillets, let sit for 20 minutes, and then pat dry.
  3. 3 Place the mozzarella stick in the middle, then roll it up tightly and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. 4 Let the rolls sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the cheese to harden; soft cheese will release oil when fried.
  5. 5 Roll in flour, dip in egg, then coat twice with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6 Deep-fry at 180 degrees for exactly 2 minutes, then remove immediately and dip in mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice.

With an appliance

  • Air fryer 35 min

Replace step 6: spray evenly with oil, then steam in a hot air oven at 200 degrees for 8 minutes; coat with two layers of flour to prevent the cheese from overflowing.
