Method
- 1 Remove the wrapping paper but keep the wooden box intact; the wooden box will keep the cheese from spilling out when it melts.
- 2 Make a cross-shaped incision on the top of the cheese, then insert a slice of garlic and a sprig of rosemary into the slit.
- 3 Pour white wine and honey over the top, then sprinkle with pepper.
- 4 Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the cheese in the center melts while the white crust retains its shape.
- 5 Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and serve immediately with breadsticks; the cheese will harden after 10 minutes and cannot be scooped up.

Step 4: Run at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, placing the cheese container on parchment paper. Melts faster, so check at the 8th minute to ensure the crust doesn't crack.
