Rice and Pumpkin Porridge

What to get ready

• Rice 2.8 oz
• Pumpkin 7.1 oz

Method

1. 1 Simmer the rice in 250 ml of water over low heat for 30 minutes.
2. 2 Steam the pumpkin separately for 15 minutes and mash it — cooked together from the start, the pumpkin collapses long before the rice bursts.
3. 3 Stir the pumpkin through the porridge and give it two more minutes on the heat.
4. 4 Sieve it once more if your baby has only just started.
