Steamed Sweet Potato Purée

• Sweet potato 9.9 oz

Method

1. 1 Scrub the sweet potato, peel it, and cut it into 1 cm rounds.
2. 2 Steam for 18 minutes, until a chopstick goes through without resistance.
3. 3 Mash while it is still hot; sweet potato turns gluey and stubborn as it cools.
4. 4 Loosen it with warm water, a little at a time, to the thickness your baby is used to.
