  • Photograph of Raisins Raisins 140 g
  • Photograph of Sliced almonds Sliced almonds 48 g
  • Photograph of Rum Rum 60 ml
  • Photograph of Powdered sugar Powdered sugar 40 g

Method

  1. 1 Soak raisins in rum for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2 Knead the flour with yeast, warm milk, eggs, and sugar for 12 minutes, then gradually add the softened butter.
  3. 3 Let it sit for 2 hours, then add the raisins at the end and stir for only 1 minute.
  4. 4 Grease the spiral mold thoroughly with butter, then stick an almond into each groove at the bottom of the mold — that's why the finished cookies have almonds perfectly positioned at the top of each groove.
  5. 5 Fill the mold two-thirds full with batter, let it rest for 1 hour, then bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

With an appliance

  • Air fryer 1 hr

Replace step 5: spray a thin layer of oil onto the sides of the mold, use a 195-degree hot air oven for 23 minutes, rotating the tray at minute 11. The strong airflow shortens the time by about one-third compared to a conventional oven and browns the surface faster.
