What to get ready

• Lime 8
• Sugar 120 g
• Salt 4 g
• Ice cubes 40 pieces

Method

1. 1 Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice, avoiding squeezing all the way down to the white peel as this will make them bitter.
2. 2 Boil the sugar syrup with hot water until it dissolves completely, then let it cool.
3. 3 Mix lemon juice with syrup to your liking.
4. 4 Add a very small pinch of salt; this is what brings out the lemon flavor.
5. 5 Pour into a glass filled with ice, stir well, and drink immediately.
