Method

  1. 1 Rửa ốc hương nhiều lần cho sạch nhớt rồi để ráo.
  2. 2 Đập dập sả lót đáy nồi, xếp ốc lên trên và thêm 100 ml nước.
  3. 3 Đậy vung, luộc lửa lớn 7 phút đến khi mày ốc bung ra.
  4. 4 Giã muối với ớt rồi vắt nước cốt chanh vào làm muối chấm.
  5. 5 Vớt ốc ra đĩa và dùng nóng với muối ớt chanh.
