What to get ready

• Espresso coffee 3.5 oz
• Brown sugar 4.2 oz
• Black sesame 0.7 oz
• Ice cubes 40 pieces
• Sweetened condensed milk ⅓ cup

Method

1. 1 Mixing ground coffee with roasted black sesame seeds and a little roasted corn is the characteristic blend of oliang.
2. 2 Pour the mixture into a cloth filter bag and place it in the teapot.
3. 3 Pour boiling water over the bag, lifting it up and down a few times to extract all the flavor.
4. 4 Dissolve the brown sugar in the hot coffee until it's completely dissolved.
5. 5 Pour in a glass full of ice, add condensed milk if you want it sweeter and creamier.

• Microwave 18 min

  Replace step 3: heat water in a heat-resistant pot at 900 W for 4 minutes until boiling, then immediately pour it through the coffee bag; continue lifting and lowering the bag as in the recipe to extract enough flavor before step 4.
