  • Photograph of Pork Pork 11.3 oz
  • Photograph of Mozzarella Mozzarella 8.5 oz

  • Photograph of Peas Peas 5.6 oz
  • Photograph of Mushrooms Mushrooms 7.1 oz

Method

  1. 1 Cook the risotto with tomato sauce, then let it cool completely so the rice sticks together.
  2. 2 The minced pork is formed into small balls and then fried until golden brown.
  3. 3 Sauté the mushrooms and peas with a little tomato sauce.
  4. 4 Line a round mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs with rice, press it into a thick crust, then add the filling of meat, mushrooms, boiled egg, and mozzarella in the middle.
  5. 5 Cover with rice, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes before flipping it out.

With an appliance

  • Air fryer 1 hr 30 min

Replace step 5: spray a thin layer of oil onto the sides of the mold, use a 195-degree hot air oven for 26 minutes, and rotate the tray at minute 13. The strong airflow shortens the time by about one-third compared to a conventional oven and browns the surface faster.
