Method
- 1 Soak the rice, urad beans, and flat rice for 6 hours, then mill and let it steep for 8 hours.
- 2 To make the batter thicker, make the dosa thinner because this cake needs to be thick and soft like sponge cake.
- 3 Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan without swirling it around; let the batter spread out in a thick circle.
- 4 Unlike thinly spread dosa, which is crispy, the surface of the bread has air bubbles like a honeycomb.
- 5 Fry one side for 3 minutes with the lid on, then flip and fry for 90 seconds.
- 6 Serve three pieces a portion with dry seasoned podi powder and oil; that's the meaning of the word "set."

Step 5: Pour a thick layer of batter into the greased round mold, air fry at 180 degrees for 9 minutes, and flip at the 6th minute to ensure the pastry is cooked through but still soft. Step 6: Serve the three pastries with the podi and oil as is.
