What to get ready

Method

  1. 1 Beat the eggs thoroughly with a pinch of salt.
  2. 2 Heat a pan with butter over medium heat.
  3. 3 Pour in the eggs and stir gently and continuously for 1 minute.
  4. 4 Sprinkle with cheese, double the amount.
  5. 5 Slide onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

With an appliance

  • Oven 15 min

    Replace steps 3 and 4: pour the eggs into small, buttered molds, bake on the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes, sprinkle with cheese at the 5th minute; no need to flip, remove when the center of the egg is just set.
